At the right time and place
The app uses your location to play audio automatically, at exactly the right time and place. Playback stops and starts when you do. Your phone’s built-in GPS is accurate to between 5 and 15 metres. We use this to point out tiny details at exactly the right time and to give you turn-by-turn directions.
Don’t go with the crowd
You won’t feel herded around in a group of strangers, struggling to hear the guide over the noise of the city. No waiting for the rest of the group to catch up or missing part of the commentary because you didn’t arrive in time.
Lifetime access
Once you download the tour, you have lifetime access. You can do part of the tour one day and finish it the next. Or revisit your favourite places at any time. Or preview your trip from home using the Virtual Tour option.
Use the app offline
You can download our audio tours with a single tap before you leave your WiFi zone. They come with offline maps, and you don’t have to pay for data while you’re out exploring.
How to enjoy a tour:

- Create an account
- Enter your payment details
- Download the VoiceMap app from the Play Store or App Store
- Log into your account – your tour will be available to download
- Download the VoiceMap app from the Play Store or App Store
- Create an account
- Use Search to find the tour you want
- Tap on the price to buy the tour through the App
- Download the VoiceMap app from the Play Store or App Store
- Create an account
- Select Tour Codes from the menu then Enter Codes
- Type in your code and click Submit
NB: With a voucher code, there is no need to search for the tour, just entering the voucher code will load the correct tour
